All commercial businesses that use any electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) must follow the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations. This also includes all domestic or household EEE that you may use in your office. For all non-household EEE end user is responsible for the disposal of the items, therefore it is so important to use licenced waste carrier such as MKL Waste.
If you give your WEEE to other company you must ensure that they are a registered waste carrier. You must also make sure that it is accompanied by a (WTN) waste transfer note or hazardous waste consignment note and taken to a suitable facility. MKL Waste meets all WEEE requirements and make recycling easy for you.
